Front Door Fitness, a top-notch fitness company, is sponsoring and leading our running club!

This a fantastic and very FUN opportunity for the kids to train for the upcoming Prairie Pride 5K and 1-Mile Run.

· FREE when you register for the Prairie Pride (www.prairie5k.com)

· Meets every Monday and starts Aug. 20 (concludes week before race)

· After school: 3:15-4:00

· Fitness stations, contests, prizes – lots more fun than just running laps!

· Look for permission forms in backpacks! Return by Friday!
