Dear Bakers and Prairie Families,
The Book Fair & Bake Sale is scheduled for Mon., April 30 and Tues., May 1. We are in need of individually wrapped/bagged baked items to sell at the Book Fair. Some ideas are gummy bears (big seller – can get at Costco), gummy worms, puppy chow (big seller), brownies, chocolate chip cookies, or any cookies, etc.
Please label your baked goods – if you make something with peanuts, nuts or peanut butter.
If at all possible, it is a huge help to have each item in a separate bag and priced accordingly. Pricing should be as follows: 50 cents for a small portion, 75 cents for a good size portion, $1.00 for a specialty item or large portion, etc. Between .50 and 1.00 is usually what we offer.
This is a 100% profit. The more the better – we always run out!
A lot of kids come through and want treats throughout the day.
Ingrid and Leslie are asking that they be brought to the gym either on Sunday, April 29 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM or before school on Monday, April 30.
