SMSD has moved to a block scheduling format for class specials (art, library, PE, music), meaning these electives no longer happen on a specific day of the week.
Here’s how to unravel the mystery:
- Every special is assigned letters A, B, C or D. This letter corresponds to one of the specials, and will be different for each class and grade.
- Example: In Mrs. Frame’s class, A=PE/Music, B=Art, C=Music/PE and D=Library. You would refer to the chart below to figure out which days those students have these specials.
