We want to make sure you have everything you need for a successful first day of elementary school!
- School begins at 8:10 – you can drop your student at his/her classroom at 8:00.
- The front entrance circle drive is closed to cars from 7:50 – 8:15 to allow buses easy access for drop-off.
- You may park in front of the soccer field, the Village Church parking lot, or the surrounding streets. There is a crosswalk on 67th and Delmar, 67th and Mission, and a bridge from 66th st. into the Prairie playground.
- Make sure you discuss where you will pick-up your child at the end of the school day (front door, back door/bike rack, etc.)
Once your child is comfortable with the routine, you may choose to use the car line drop off in the morning and pick-up in the afternoon. Take a look to see how this process works here.
Join us in the MPR for Coffee and Kleenex right after you drop your student off. Meet other kindergarten parents over a cup of coffee – we’ll have plenty of tissues!
