It’s One Book One School week!
We are so excited to celebrate One Book One School this week in the library and classrooms! The children have been enjoying reading the book at home and in the library. “The Wild Robot” is a story about Roz, the robot, and her experience on an island inhabited by wildlife. Roz learns to befriend the wildlife while learning kindness, survival-ism, and the meaning of family.
The week’s activities are as follows:
Monday- Bookmark Contest begins
Tuesday- Pick up your trivia sheet in the library
Wednesday- Be sure to check out the estimation jar & put your guess in
Thursday- wear a robot shirt if you have one
Friday- Winners announced on the announcements
